Mealtimes are about more than eating — they’re moments of connection, enjoyment, and dignity. We support people to eat and drink safely and comfortably, while also maximising their independence and participation in the mealtime process.

What We Do

Our mealtime supports focus on both safety and quality of life.

We provide:

  • Comprehensive mealtime management assessments and reports.

  • Collaborative Mealtime Management Plans, co-designed with families, dietitians, and occupational therapists.

  • Training and coaching for support staff in safe feeding, mealtime preparation, and texture modification.

  • Strategies to increase independence and enjoyment — including adapted mealtime equipment and participation in meal prep.

  • Reviews and updates to ensure plans remain person-centred and responsive to change.

Why It Matters

Eating and drinking are deeply social and sensory experiences.

When mealtimes are approached with safety, respect, and person-centred care, they can become opportunities for connection rather than risk.

Our work helps people experience mealtimes with confidence and comfort — surrounded by supporters who know exactly how to help them thrive.

“Safe, supported, and shared — that’s what mealtimes should be.”
